Summer Innanen’s podcast and website have helped me more than any other resource to overcome body image issues and disordered eating behavior. Listening to Fearless Rebelle Radio is largely responsible for my ability to see my body for what it is capable of rather than what it looks like. Summer shares a critical and impactful message, all while being hilarious, entertaining, and one of the most likeable people I have ever listened to. On top of that, she interviews some pretty awesome guests. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone who has struggled with body image at any point in life, or who would just like some really great advice on how to rock everything about yourself.
